About Me


I am a dynamic and passionate young chef, currently expanding my professional horizons in the world of luxury hospitality. My culinary journey began in 2012 with formal training in hospitality at the prestigious Escuela de Hostelería Gambrinus in Madrid By Pedro larumbe in Serrano Street . Since then, I have cultivated a diverse and international portfolio, working in renowned establishments, as well as gaining invaluable experience across Europe specifically in Austria Germany Holland and Spain.

Having the invaluable experience of working in 33 restaurants at the young age of 27, creating an incomparable personality and values, shaping an unrelenting attitude in pursuit of new challenges and opportunities to achieve excellence in every area, both personal and professional, enriching oneself in cultures as diverse as Austrian-German, Dutch, and Spanish.


My culinary style is rooted in both Alpine and Mediterranean traditions, combining authentic flavors with modern techniques. I have further refined my skills at the acclaimed Basque Culinary Center, specializing in advanced culinary techniques to meet the highest standards of gourmet cuisine.

Professional Certifications


I am fully certified and qualified for work aboard luxury yachts and private vessels, holding:

  • STCW 95 (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers)

  • Seafarer’s Passport

  • Food Safety & Hygiene Certifications

In addition to my culinary qualifications, I also possess professional training in private security:

  • Certified Private Security Guard (TIP License)

  • Experience in Access Control.

  • Currently pursuing a Private Escort License

  • 1 Year on private security guard.
